The Alt Pirineu Natural Park has an extensive network of signposted paths, which connect all the valleys and main areas through recovered historical paths. There are more than seventy itineraries , distributed in five sectors: Vall Ferrera, Valls d'Àneu, Vall de Santa Magdalena, the Orri massif and Valls de Cardós. Some of the most popular excursions are: Estanque del Puerto, Pla de Boavi, Pla de Boet, La Canerilla or Estanque de Airoto. There are also two itineraries adapted for people with reduced mobility: Mollera d'Escalarre and Sant Joan de l'Erm. Lovers of crossings have a wide range of half a dozen routes, some as emblematic as La Transpirenaica.
In addition, mountain bike fans can test themselves with the marked routes.
